Getting ready for a big trip
I got mine delivered today, am very happy to see the suitcases they look big enough but the only thing is they don't have storage bags, I was expecting bags to keep them safe from getting dust at this price

Whilst the idea of being eco-friendly and super light is excellent unfortunately its lightness means it is no match to the brutality of luggage services in Australia. My suitcase was destroyed with the very light handle broken the very first time QF luggage services got their hands on it on a domestic flight. Handle is not covered by any airline and given it was not a manufacturing defect neither did AT provide any support.

No details about the wheels?! The video is so fast I can't see the manoeuvrability of the wheels. Are they 360 deg spinners?

Verified Reply - EmmaHi Lesley, Thanks for the question, unfortunately the wheels on the Applite 4E Upright (50cm) aren't 360 degree spinners these are just standard wheels that go back and forth however the Applite 5 does feature the 360 degree wheels. What is the upright heigth of the 71cm applite? How do you measure a suitcase?

When measuring the exterior dimensions of our suitcases, it includes handles, wheels, bottom glides, side pockets and other external parts. I've attached an image for reference. Our measurements are also based on H x L x W. So, in this instance, its 71 cm x 46 cm x 31 cm without expanding / 34 cm with expanding. Hope this helps. I would to purchase this product but someone made a comment that the 82cm measurement is actually at 71cm measurement - can you please confirm what the case actually is?? If you were to measure to back of the suitcase and not include the handles - what does it measure on the back of the suitcase in cm please

To answer your question though, the measurement of the 82cm is 82 (H) x 49 (L) x 34/37 cm (Width / Expandable Width) And the volume/expandable volume is 116L / 129L respectively.
