I've never been one to travel with much cabin baggage when heading overseas given the need to carry through various transits. This bag however makes it effortless and has changed the way I travel. This bag is the perfect cabin size to hold all the essentials for comfortable flights as well as enabling additional items to be carried if checked baggage is lost/delayed

Terrible TSA lock on new bag

I bought a new carry on Lite Max for my trip to Vietnam. Set lock according to instructions, arrived in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh city all fine. Four days later an internal air trip to Danang. Got to hotel & set lock to the correct combination & it won't open. Tried rolling the digits one way, the other etc. Just stuck. Followed the FAQs on the website to if TSA is stuck - it's all just about how to set it. Sent a request to American Tourister - no response. Hoping the hotel's offer to get someone to come fix it for a fee is going to work. Very disappointing. Wish I'd bought my old luggage.

It's put on weight

I bought this item purely because of its lack of weight. Super happy with the speed of delivery and the ordering process however after opening the box and removing all the packaging I weighed the suitcase and it actually comes in at 2.59kg, not the advertised 2.3kg. No 200g isn't much until all you are allowed is 7kg total. At this weight I would have bought a different bag. I also checked the scales with a 2kg weight - so it ain't them.

Perfect except zip area not waterproof

Deep, lightweight and stylish bag with super easy gliding 360 wheels. Only issue was, bag got went when being loaded and I arrived with many wet clothes and ruined paperbacks as water had ingressed through the zip area.

Lightweight and large capacity. However the handle feels flimsy, there's no side carry handle and there's a loose thread along the zipper on my luggage.

Hi can does this bag the large size meet requirements to fly from England to Australia on Singapore airlines? Please Obviously as checked in luggage
